Go Clear IT, Inc will be collecting opt-in verbally from their customers. Customers can opt in to receive messages either in person at the company’s physical location or over a phone call when contacting the business. When a customer is registered for the first time, they are asked to provide their phone number, and staff is trained to ask if the customer would like to opt in to SMS-based customer care notifications. Customers will be read the following script: “By opting in, consent is given to receive messages from Go Clear IT, Inc. The types of messages that will be sent include customer care messages, such as important updates, service notifications, and responses to customer inquiries. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary, with an average of 1-2 messages per month. Text HELP for support or more information and STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Your use of this SMS service is subject to our Privacy Policy.

5. User Submissions
